Where is My E-bill?

Are you trying to access a copy of your latest CVEC electric bill?

At the beginning of April, CVEC upgraded our Customer Information System which required moving to new account numbers.  You will find this on the latest copy of your electric bill and it will have the following format:   xxxxx-xxx-01.

In order to view a copy of your bill online complete the following steps:

  1. Visit www.mycvec.com
  2. Select View my Bill from the top left hand column
  3. Select Add an Account from the left hand column
  4. Enter your name exactly as it appears on your bill
  5. Enter you new account number (only use the first two groups of numbers…See the example of red X’s above.)
  6. Enter the security code

You should now be able to view all copies of your electric bill.

If not, try to add the account again.

If you are signed up for paperless billing or cannot find a copy of your latest bill, contact Member Services at 800-367-2832.
