Want to Go Paperless?

CVEC Members now have the option to go paperless with a monthly electronic bill.

How do you get started?

  • Visit www.mycvec.com
  • Go to the top of the left sidebar on the CVEC webpage
  • Log into your account or create an account if you don’t have one.
  • Once enrolled the E-bill will be delivered to the email address of your choice
  • Paper billing will be discontinued

A few things to keep in mind:

  • Going paperless requires the use of some form of automatic or electronic payment, accomplished by:
    • Enrolling in the CVEC automatic bank draft program, or
    • Through the use of a third party payment entity, such as:
      • A local bank
      • Payment facilities at Wal-Mart and other business locations
      • Speed Pay which is accessible from the CVEC website
  • CVEC currently does not absorb the cost of credit card processing fees as those fees are higher than other payment methods.
  • Most of the electronic payment options charge a convenience fee of up to $3.95 per transaction.
  • Members wishing to mail a payment to CVEC are not eligible for our paperless E-billing option.
  • After notification by E-Bill, if the account is not view then CVEC will resume sending a paper bill.

Please contact 800-367-2832 if you have any questions or to pursue a paperless option in combination with the CVEC Automatic Bank Draft program.
