CVEC Will Post Updates Here if Hurricane Irene Creates Significant and Extended Outages.

If the approaching storm results in power outages for a good number of CVEC members, then we will post updates on this page and the CVEC Facebook Page as information becomes available.  Outage number by substation are available on the CVEC Outage Entry Page.

Call 800-367-2832 day or night to report an outage and please the use the automated system so that CVEC is able to gather as much information from as many members as possible in the shortest amount of time.  This will allow us to dispatch crews to where they can do the most good.  Unfortunately, there is not much information available during the early stages of a significant outage, so check back for updates on this page and on the CVEC Facebook Page.
