Take the March 2009 Member Satisfaction Survey
  • CVEC will use the information during Strategic Planning
  • CVEC will create a three-year plan plan to
    • maintain our present strengthts
    • identify and improve in areas where we could be stronger
    • identify opportunities and how to seize them
    • identify potential threats and how to avoid them

  • Tell us how we did. Take the Mega March Storm Survey (2009)
    • A late winter storm hit Central Virginia creating 5000 outages.
    • Heavy snow limited access to trouble areas and made for dangerous conditions
    • Outages began on a Sunday and continued through Monday as trees kept falling into the power lines
    • The last outage was cleared on Wednesday.
